I am trying to submit declaration but we cannot obtain the IRP5, to generate IRP5 EMP501
it says Adobe is apparently not the correct version, yet i have the latest adobe version?
Just opening that program, it comes up with a message :
"There is no new update available" ( I had the latest update 6.6 a few days ago) and immediately thereafter a new message: "There is a new update for EMP501" with the only "OK" option, but then nothing gets downloaded. Eventually, you have to cancel the program with your computer.
Exact same problem. Have a pending submission and cannot file it without the update. Now nothing downloads and am stuck once again. Took days to solve the java issue before and now this. Why does SARS stick to this stupid software? - one cannot help thinking that someone is probably getting kick backs from this inferior software.
After the installation of the software, I found that it was of little or no use. The add on of AutoSaver Express was even worse, as it became just an annoyance. I request a refund of the cost of $39.92. I have already removed the programs from mycomputer
